Welcome to Friends and Family Photo Booth! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

  • If full payment is not received by the due date, Friends and Family Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If Friends and Family Photo Booth must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event.

  • If the rescheduled date is unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Event Requirements

  • Client must provide a suitable space for the photo booth setup, including access to power and shelter if outdoors.

  • Any necessary permits or venue approvals are the responsibility of the client.

  • Client agrees to prevent misuse or damage to the equipment. Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

5. Service and Equipment

  • Friends and Family Photo Booth will provide the services and equipment as outlined in the booking agreement.

  • While we strive to ensure smooth operation, Friends and Family Photo Booth is not responsible for interruptions due to venue power failure, environmental conditions, or guest interference.

6. Liability

  • Friends and Family Photo Booth is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services.

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests while using the photo booth.

7. Photo Rights and Usage

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Friends and Family Photo Booth reserves the right to use event photos for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Clients who wish to keep their photos private must notify us in writing before the event.

8. Force Majeure

  • Friends and Family Photo Booth is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, etc.). In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or offer a partial refund.

9. Agreement

By completing a booking with Friends and Family Photo Booth, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
