  • We recommend allowing at least 60 minutes for us to set up the photo booth before your event begins. This gives us enough time to ensure everything is working perfectly and to adjust any details based on your venue’s layout.

  • Our photo booth typically requires a space of about a minimum of 8×8 feet (ideally 12×12) to accommodate the booth, props table, and room for guests to move around. If you're working with limited space, let us know in advance, and we'll work with you to make sure everything fits comfortably.

  • Yes, we will need access to a standard electrical outlet (15 or 20 amp) within 10-15 feet of the setup location. If you are hosting an outdoor event, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements for power sources or backup solutions like generators.

  • We’ve set up our booths in all kinds of venues, from small rooms to large halls. As long as there is enough floor space, the photo booth will fit comfortably. If you're uncertain, feel free to send us a floor plan or ask for suggestions based on your venue size!

  • Our minimum rental time is typically 2 hours. This gives your guests enough time to enjoy the photo booth and create lasting memories. You can extend the rental if you’d like, up to several hours.

  • YES! We love a good outdoor party. Just keep in mind the booth needs to be sheltered from rain, strong winds, and direct sunlight.

  • Absolutely! We offer custom photo strips, backdrops, and even branded templates to make your event extra special. If you're hosting a wedding, corporate event, or birthday, we can personalize the experience to match your theme.

  • You bet! Our friendly attendants are there to make sure everything goes smoothly, help guests with the booth, and keep the energy high. Need help with something? Just ask—we’ve got your back!

  • Book as soon as you can! We recommend booking about 3-6 months in advance, especially if you're looking at a popular date. But if you're planning a last-minute party, give us a call—we’ll work our magic and see if we can fit you in!
